My Journey – A mobile app designed with and for young people to help them identify signs of poor mental health – The Early Intervention in Psychosis Team

The my Journey Mobile app is a bespoke mobile application designed with and for young people to help them identify signs of poor mental health, get advice on what helps and where to go for help. The app has been designed specifically for 14-35 year olds as we know that most mental health issues begin in adolescent and young adult years. In the videos, you can hear what young people’s thoughts are on the app and what role it might play in their lives.
