Behavioral Bias Modification Apps For Healthy Food, Anxiety & Smoking – Mental Mint


Cognitive Bias Modification (CBM) is a proven effective computer-based therapy used to alter the unhealthy attentional biases which play a key role in addiction and anxiety disorders. Diet Mint for iOS (iTunes) is an app that helps you to develop craving for healthy food. It combines Cognitive Bias Modification (CBM) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to encourage healthy eating patterns. All elements of the program can be customized. You can add, edit or delete the Bias Modification images and personalize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy insights and diet tips which are integrated with the CBM program.

In addition to Diet Mint Mental Mint also offers a CBM based app for anxiety (Anxiety Mint) and will offer one on smoking (Smoking Mint) soon.
