FILIP – THE WORLD’S FIRST SMART LOCATOR AND PHONE FOR KIDS

FiLIP is a smartwatch for children aged between 4 and 11 that allows parents to call and locate their kids. It is designed to keep kids and parents connected re-imagining the smartphone voice and location technology for children. The colourful, oversized, rugged and water resistant device combines GPS, Wi-Fi and cellular technology to enable 4 functions:

  • filipCALL: Filip is a cell phone re-imagined for kids. Powerful 2-way GSM cellular voice capability provides the same quality of coverage that you expect from the best smartphones.
  • LOCATE: Filip can locate your kids wherever they are. To ensure complete accuracy, Filip uses more than just GPS – it utilizes a blend of GPS, cell tower location and Wi-Fi triangulation to provide the most accurate location information indoors and out.
  • INTELLIGENT EMERGENCY: Filip is designed with an intelligent emergency procedure. The emergency button triggers an automatic location beacon, ambient sound recording, as well a direct line to emergency services if parents or family cannot be reached.
  • FCC CERTIFIED ANTENNA: Filip is powerful but safe. The state of the art radio functions comply with the strictest safety tests and FCC requirements. Filip is also uniquely designed to only emit radio energy when active, and to direct that energy away from the child.
